What would you do if a lawyer with whom you work if you had a power of attorney certified virgina it gives you the power to represent your clients.
so if you're notary for the signature of someone who has not signed it yet, then what you are doing is illegal and you should refuse to do so. Not only can you lose your driver's lawyer, but you probably could be accused of a crime by jurisdiction. I know this is not an uncommon practice, but it does not.
its been in many companies for known customers, so if the attorney is something illegal, report it to the bar. of course, be prepared to explain why you have this document notarized by knowing when you should not.
I would not do it. If he shot me, I would report it to the bar association.
If you did .... you have committed a crime and the need to report to your superiors and the status bar if you want to avoid trouble when it hits the fan.
I fire the lawyer and sue for misrepresentation
You could lose your driver's solicitor to do this. Talk to your employer about it. If you cant't give a satisfactory reason, or will not adjust its procedures so that you do not do that, you should reconsider working for this company.
If you do it once, that is to say you will not be asked to do so (or worse) again.
