I am a residdent UK and my credit score is a mess. Im only 23 years and reckless was left in the lurch. Now, am older ive done what I did. It seems the only option left to me. But I'm not sure if it's legal or not and whether it will wipe my score periviousa HELP

No. .. The name change will be legalized by the court and the credit score updated to show both your old and new names ... sorry, but if it were that easy, everyone just change the names instead of bankruptcy or other methods.

this is not the name that counts, your Social Security number is what tells who you are. Remember that we are all just numbers here ...
