I am a limited liability company and a record of all business spending so I can prove that the company has earnt and spent. I also have a table of losses and profits. I am not subject to VAT with HM Revenue and Customs. I know I have to pay tax but Coporation, nor how it is done calcualtinga As my company is regsitered at Companies House and a trainer is my secretary of the company I'll send all tax documents required by Companies House, HM Revenue etc.a

I ask all these questions because I can not afford an accountant and need advicea I missed all the taxesa

If your turnover exceeds £ 60,000 per year you need to register now. Corporation tax is due nine months and one day after the end of the year. I'm not entirely sure how it is developed, just that it's based on a percentage of your adjusted net income. It is higly recommended to invest in a book because they make sure you do everything right (speaking as Assistant Accounts - Corp tax I do on the computer do not need to know how to get out!) . You can either go to a counseling center or hire a local accountant who specializes in small businesses. My book cost me less than £ 500 a year for everything and that's money well spent, because they can save you money. If your turnover is about £ 57 - £ 60K per year you MUST register for VAT.
