I bought a house under power of sale. The acts there are 3 cons privileges of my house. My lawyer told mea they would be removed soon. After 3 months, I checked the title of my house again in the Land Registry Office, there is still a lien on my house. The privilege is LAO. The lawyer said he should be removed to act. I would be ok if I could not home. Could you tell me if this is truea Thank you a million!

Did you buy the housea Do you have title insurancea Or are you still buying, provided that the privileges will be satisfieda If the sale is final and you do not receive clear title then you probably have liens on property or one as is the case may be. Never buy a property without a title search and report that you receive clear title.
