Now, my problem is I have the impression that they hire me as a servant and not as a physical therapist because the rights and responsibilities that I've mostly everyday domestic work is not a work of physiotherapy. I felt cheated by my employer. For this reason I plan to resign after the end of my six months of work I'm not satisfied with my work. So does this mean the job above that I am under a limited contracta For this reason I plan to resign after the end of my 6 months of work.

What are the possible consequences if I'm not going to finish my contract under labor lawa Thank you!

You signed a contract with limited duration of 2 years. Not fulfilling the same is considered as a violation of labor law UAE and you may receive a suspension of one year of work.
Now - Domestic workers are outside the UAE labor law that does not mean they do not fulfill their contracts.

You should keep your travel costs if not complete your contract.

You can talk to your employer and let them know that your current job is not as stated in your contract. Try to find an amicable solution before taking a step which may regret later.

Take care.

Uu infact being a physiotherapist agreed to come here with a visa for domestic help, was the first mistake. anyway thats not a problem now. u can resign and go back to ur country without entry ban for six months in UAE. what they will ask you is to make ur own ticket back to ur country. If they wont to let u, u always call or approach the labor office Filipino consulate for help.
