| Marketplace | Dropship MentorPosted on October 22, 2010. Are there any mentors who are willing to teach me about online stores without scriptsa I am looking for someone who wants to help, the goodness of their heart. I'm completely lost when it comes to this stuff. I would like to start a shop online but I do not know how. I am in desperate need of finding a way to earn money from home. I'm not looking for any answer script or ad links site. I was there and lost a lot of time. Please do not reply unless you are seriously interested in helping step by step in all aspects. Whenever you want to start any type of business, there are several basics you'll need:
* You must first sit down and think about what you want and then write the script in detail! This may seem tedious, but it can help you clarify what you think. So when you talk to anyone about the company (the mentor, the bank, customers, potential investors), you'll have a clear vision to share with him or her. You can check a number of books at your local library or the Internet for ideas on creating a business plan or list of targets.
* Is there anyone to do something like what you do alreadya Can you research what it is they do and perhaps even talk with them about what they doa
* Are there companies out there that are something you want to doa In this case, you want to create a drop shipping business online. What websites you've seen that you like (can you speak with them)a How does the local McDonalds or other retail outlet doing business that could help you with yours (ie how McDonalds is able to supply a product to a customer demand in almost every time day - and do it with much of high school students)a
* Do not listen to those who say we can not do something unless they have been there and tried !!!!! Anyone can tell you the good things you can try or do, however, that someone who has actually tried something specific in your thinking can really give you advice on the pitfalls that could await the mistrust.
* If you want to find a mentor (free or paid - although mentors generally offer their time free of charge), the question you should be prepared to address is WIIFM (What's mentor I {})! What do you do for your mentor to help them with something they may need (for me it's simple - I am looking for 10 points :-)
Contacts:
* Contact your Better Business Bureau or Chamber of Commerce - they have business people who will help you to start operations.
* Contact your local high school, community college or university and know that teachers are for courses related to your business (such as business classes or computer / internet). Contact these teachers to get ideas or even to see if you will start business as a class project or special projects for some of the student to work on (perhaps to give students extra credit and you are a start-up free). In the worst case, you can obtain the names of some good students you could hire to do certain aspects of what you need at a very low cost.
* Contact your local county or state governments (see their websites) - many areas have small business administration (or other body that can help with different things) that have a number of references and resources available at low or no cost.
* Go to your local library in the reference section and find the Encyclopedia of Associations. This is a set of three books published by Gale Research. The first book lists thousands of tiles of professional organizations and groups. It will give you a code number to be used in two other books to learn more about this organization. Contact agencies that have something to do with your idea and whether they have a service to give y.
