An employer may terminate the contract and employee while he is on workers' compensation benefitsa I had an incident at work and I was wounded, after two days, my contract was terminated. I filed the claim with the WSIB, but I do not have approval yet. Please help me clarify my situation.
Thank you

It depends on what the contract says, and we do not know who.
First Have you talked to a lawyer yeta This should be a top priority
Second: add details to the state where you live, occupation, what the contract is ... (Have you been a private contractor or a subcontractor ...)a
Third: do everything (and I mean everything) personnel disability and society asks you to do within reason: namely, work paper filing, regular contact, because physicians ...
Employers have the right to let employees go if they do not respect the proper procedures when filing claims. However, you also have rights as an employee injured at work
PS the prosecutor is not simply sue for the money, they do not receive a penny from you until and only if you win a case. However, a lawyer can fight for you to keep your job or at least explain why you can let go.
