Employing Casual Staff

Hello I am currently creating a club after school and I have some concerns regarding the use of casual staff. Leaders play will be myself and a colleague, which means by law, we can supervise up to 16 children. What happens if say 3 days a week, our numbers go over 16a I know another member of staff should be present, but that person may be casual and be paid in cash on hand or did they go on a roll PAYa Any other tips for creating an after school club would be appreciated! Thank you

You must meet the ratio and by the sounds of things it's 1:08 so if you are over 16 children then u will need staff, but they need to be registered, because if the authorities come and see if you law-abiding the law and you fail, you can be fined.

Im in NSW Australia, so im sure its like where your at.
