An employment contract has been signed granting the power of attorney attorney for my father. Write a letter to counsel by telling him that you are terminating your relationship and to include in the letter that the correspondence cancels all prior agreements and proxies concluded. Mail with return receipt requested, keep a copy of the letter for your records.
