Employment Reference Template

Employment Reference TemplateShould I use a reference of jobs that may not remember mea

Hello,

In 2007, the Christmas period I was employed as assistant nightfill casual in a department store. I learned later that he was on call casual rather than having a calendar list.

However, I'm called for a change and has never been called to work again. I remember calling them asking why I was not getting work, and their explanation is that they simply have not been busy.

Then six months later I get a letter telling them that according to his records, I have not worked for a while and if I wanted to work again, all I had to do was call them. I introduced myself in person and made my availability, but I never got a call from work.

I then received a letter telling them that I did not call me in spite of them worked (which was total BS and I could tell it was a sample letter) and they will stop my employment before a certain date. Well, I was an international funeral at the time and my job was terminated, but I do not really because they do not call me for work anyway.

So on my CV, I asked that I worked for them for 6 months but I think I need them as a reference second now that I've just finished university and now looking employment. I already have a reference book when I was working a temporary job for 3 months, my most recent job.

The thing is, it will look suspicious if I am not the company I'm supposed to have been employed for 6 months but still put down a benchmark for a temporary job, I worked for 3 months .. . understand what I meana

Should I go in person to ask for a reference, even if nobody can remember I've worked a shifta Or should I not bothera

Please indicate the reference of the only recent work, and to mention it's only temporary. no suspicious about your references. do not worry about these things ... be cool and go on with your job search .. all the best

I certainly would not use them as a reference. You only worked for them a shift. There is nothing that will help you do the job that you hurt.

You are facing a common challenge for people starting their career history is a little work and very few references.

Below I located some resources that may be able to help you compose your reference list.
