Employment Written Warning

Posted on September 19, 2010.
Employment Written WarningEnhanced Disclosure, final written warning, is in employment or the police

a job that requires better information it says on final written warnings. Does that mean in employment or the police or both

Enhanced Disclosure will show what is written about you on the Police National Computer, including charges, convictions and warnings, etc. A final written warning is between you and your employer has nothing to do with the criminal record check, it is an employment issue.

Depends on the job requirements of security level

This is to offer an employer in the last chance to tell the truth about everything that the new employer might want to know. This is a "we'll see but it's better if you say" warning.

Enhanced disclosure does that records of crimes committed and the time spent in jail, or charges, nothing to do with a final warning to the workplace.

A line between you and your boss is not important.

I think a lot depends on how the question is asked and what the job / position is that you're going for.
Hope that helps
