It looks like a tax fraud, not really meant to hurt you and your brother. However, if it is ready to comply with such laws, it can have no difficulty in deceiving you and your brother. So yes, I would say you should be worried, I bet she'll give you something, but probably not all you deserved. Not sure what you should do if - I either call a lawyer or request it sit with you and go over everything carefully so you can keep an eye (but do not expect that will be sufficient).
