Find An AttorneyCan anyone help me find an inexpensive lawyer to finalize my divorcea

I have been legally separated for two years and have not been able to finalize my divorce until now because I could not find my ex who is now in prison. Need help finding lawyer to prepare the final documents, but did not have much money.
Thank you all for your advice.

I do not know where u live! u need to let us know the state you are so we can guide u, each state has different laws ..

If you go to the circuit court in your area, they generally have a divorce clinic where fees for little or no work at all.

if you email me I have the answer to affordable lawyers

Most counties have a firm of family law facilitator to help those people who can not afford a lawyer. Check with your local office of the Superior Court clerk for the address and phone number.

You can also go to your local bookstore and buy a "How to book your own divorce." These books are published from the state to another and then include the many forms needed to finalize your divorce .

Finally, if you can not afford a lawyer, you should check into the hiring and experienced paralegal in your area. Check with the local association of paralegals. These people can finalize your divorce for a fraction of the cost.

Have you thought yourself the deposit. I did my divorce. It cost me 62.00. I went to the public library and got a book on Georgia Divorce forms she had in what I faced, he had very good directions, believe me if I can do it anyone can . I heard you can get papers from the court determines that you must file. You can call your local court and ask or visit the library. Make sure you have information for your state, since states may differ on the divorce laws there.
