Is there a difference between having durable general power and be called my attorney in facta Basically, I need to know that if you have durable general power, that is the same as being called that person's lawyer to doa
Yeah, it sounds like the "durable" power of attorney has some additional clauses if I think so. I did not know that hand out but here are some definitions from the Web. Good luck!
General power - authorizes your agent to act on your behalf to a variety of different situations.
"Durable" Power of Attorney-General and special powers of attorney for health care can be made "durable" by adding text data to the document. This means that the document will remain in effect or take effect if you become mentally incapable.
