What do I do continue to pursue the city or the county or two in a house filled with reguards not act after 6 We bought Ahouse in Flint, Michigan Genesee County. Jan.27, 2008 and signed all the papers regaurds to act. The title co. sent to the courthouse to fill the city, he was returned and ordered to (first) send a check to each building on chseperate different filling. # 2 time send the act of Genesee co. for filling # 3rd time back and we are now in the jargon and can not get a response from anyone in the Strait courthouse, what do we doa The city and county are thus three weeks behind in filling acts alll but it was 6 months! Too prosecute or not to prosecutea
uh .. Sounds like you have a claim against the title company is not the county. They record documents that meet standards for registration status and needs. It's not their bad if they presented are not registrable
not to prosecute. any lawyer will tell you that. but they will be able to offer other remedies, then go talk to that lawyer!
