I created an LLC in Texas. My bank is now seeking articles. Do I need an atty for thisa I went online, has completed a training certificate, then paid a $ 300 fee. I then took the CERT training, a copy of my EIN to the bank to open an account. They say they need the association. Where can I geta
The articles would be handled by the Texas Secretary of State *, who signs out of them, breathe life into your company's legal.
That state laws differ on the integration, I can not tell you if you need help from a lawyer, I reside in New Jersey. However, seek advice from a lawyer to guide you, is certainly desirable, and worth the money you pay. (Start-up costs may be tax deductible.)
