I was on the ground floor in establishing the restaurant industry. I worked on and off of the family business for 25 years and older. My boss has cut my premiums will result in a loss of income, even if my sales increase. By definition and independent contractor, I might be able to buy any caterer. My boss used to greet him and implied he fire me if I exercised that right. I work from home, file a 1099 and get no benefits, no vacation and be paid a 10% commission on sales, 5% on rental only.

why do not you try to go on your own. Do you have a contract with your boss. i would "suggest" to him that you yourself and can "borrow" some of its customers because you can do things cheaper and better quality. then tell him you will not quit for the premiums back. or you can try to get your boss to increase commission on sales and rentals to cover the loss of your bonus. his time playing gifts.
