Independent Contractor Sales

I was on the ground floor in establishing the restaurant industry. I worked on and off of the family business for 25 years and older. why do not you try to go on your own. Do you have a contract with your boss. i would "suggest" to him that you yourself and can "borrow" some of its customers because you can do things cheaper and better quality. then tell him you will not quit for the premiums back. or you can try to get your boss to increase commission on sales and rentals to cover the loss of your bonus. his time playing gifts.
