Independent Sales Agent Agreement

Our house is for sale for over six months now, during that time had little interest. I know it's a bad time to sell during the current period of recession, but it is starting to look now. Without naming the estate agent, I am with one of the largest in the region but think of going to an independent agent to try to beat the most interest. I spoke to an independent estate agent and explained that I am currently with the other, but it did not sell my current agent. Looking at my right, I do not seem to be associated with them so I could leave them without doubt if I decide I paid the HIPP pack for them and a little extra for the use of their lawyers. I would like some advice what to do, should I withdraw completely from using my current agent and try to use a local independent agent is likely to lower costs anyway, and if so, how easy is it to do that a Or stick with my current agent and put on another agency, as well, assuming of course that I can find another agent who will sell our house next to thema

I work in a real estate agency where I work, as you have been for 6 months on everything you need to do is give them a written notice of 21 days and you can remove them with no problem and then they'll send your HIP to your new real estate agents.

Change your agent, you've been with them long enough. I worked for a Esate agent for years and noted if a property has been for too long people thought there was something wrong with her. A new agent with new photos and write can often work.

Once your contract is up with your agent (usually 6 months), it is very easy to move to another agent. Do not use double because it can cause all sorts of problems.
