Indiana Bmv Bill Of Sale

Posted on September 10, 2010.
Indiana Bmv Bill Of SaleCould someone help me understand this "AFFIDAVIT OF TITLE TWO" forma

I bought a used car dealership and has lost the references for it before transferring it to my name, yes I am an idiot, and I feel so stupid to lose. I still have the deed of sale, so I do not proof that I paid and the vehicle owner. The dealer did not register the car in their name so that the person who originally negotiated the car dealer is still registered as the owner.

I tried to contact that person and offered to give her a few hundred dollars if she could help me by simply applying a lost, then sign me, but she seems to think that I am trying to scam or something, "she needs to talk to his lawyer to make sure it is legal to do so, I can understand because the way I've never dealt with it when I bought the car.

I was told by someone with experience in auto sales that the dealer would have to sign on his power over the vehicle and that I could get the right to request a duplicate title. I live in Indiana and I found this form http://www.in.gov/icpr/webfile/formsdiv/ ...

First, does anyone know if this would be the correct forma And secondly, it seems that I fill the right side of the form and the dealer sign the left sidea Last thing, I can print it and bring it to the dealer so they can sign it and I can turn it into the dealer or face the BMV nowa

Thank you for your time, really appreciate someone who can help me.

It's very simple ... you bought a car from a dealer and that dealer does not give you a clear title and it's illegal to do so.

Contact the dealer to have them back up and fix this for you and if not tell the BMV / DMV what happened and they will receive on top of that for you.

You do not have to do it yourself .......

Hello Bobby
My name is Bill and I suggest you return to the dealership. Request for a duplicate title seems to be what you want. Demand for property is a new to me but I live in GA. Sometimes frustrating work by post with these things and if you are away from a DMV office if the dealer can or if they can give you the papers to the right (and they have) a person could "walk" and then it's over. Good Luck BS
