Last Will And Testament ExamplesI need to get hold of a notary for a will, or can I have two witnessesa

I live in Ohio. Was it just curious if I could download a form and my neighbors to sign such as witnesses. Hoping I do not need a notary or a lawyer ..

You can probably find a notary at your bank for free. Ive done. In my state, wills must be registered at the courthouse. Being such a will is so important, Id have the notarized signatures, just in case.

You may want to call around some banks will not be a notary will. As far as I know not if you go to your website Secretary of State it is they who certify notaries and have an announcement. Yes it is better to notarized by a notary. You can find them in paper mills, UPS or Fed Ex, some supermarkets and credit unions and real estate and tax offices.
