My mother decided to organize the enduring power of attorney for itself. She wants the name of my sister and myself as "lawyers". I downloaded the relevant forms of OPG. Has anyone had a similar experience and used the forms to fill out the required information and does not use a legal experta Did you save the completed forms only when the situation requires lawyers must intervene or do take some time.
