Are there any sites that have forms for a free and legala I visited several sites that offer free wills, but when you follow through, they always charge you fee.I would be willing to pay a little extra if I knew the form was legitimate.
I'm single, 57 years young with no children, and I do not want to pay a small fortune to have a will.
Your help is appreciated.
you can go to any office supply store like Office Depot or Staples and purchase legal forms. simply fill in the blanks and have someone witness and to register. the shape is less than $ 10 plus costs whatever your county recorder. you must have your signature notarized before you saved it, thats probally five or ten dollars for a lawyer.
Hello;
The AARP website has good information on creating a will .. although, like many Web sites, it is sometimes difficult to find the right page.
This should get you started: http://www.aarp.org/families/end_life/a2 ...
The page also includes a worksheet:

Hope this helps!
