Living Trust without a lawyer. Having a Living Trust model. I formalize the Trust by supplementing it.a I know this is a robust and trust in my state. I think everything should be done if the filling, take the proper authentication and signatures of witnesses, however, I am not sure if intervention is necessary for lawyers to make it binding. Can anyone tell me if an attorney is required.
It is true that you can act as your own representative for the creation of a will or trust in all 50 states. The Indenture shall be binding as a will. Whether or not you have to file with the state or other requirements is something you need to know about your particular state. And whether or not the document will meet your needs is something you need to determine.
I am not a lawyer and is not to be construed as legal advice. In fact, I had a lawyer and mine project will probably go for a professional to redesign in the near future.
I believe It is the same as you. We did it for a friend with a brain tumor and said they had witnessed and the undersigned without the notary you have no chance.
