Bought a car, I lost the title, anyway I can put it in MA w / Bill sale.The owner has ordered a new titlea

If you lost the title before putting in your name, it's not even your car. Pay the owner to obtain a duplicate and hang better when it comes.

You should call your DMV to find out. I think you need the title. When the owner files for the lost he / she will give to you and you can save the vehicle.
