You will need the title completed, a valid safety inspection, your last two years property tax revenues or a declaration of non-assessment in your county clerks office, and proof of insurance. You'll also need an application MO title and license, but if you do not they will perform for you at an office of the Department of Revenue.
Edit - any sale will be working, he comes to contain a description of the vehicle, including VIN, both parties' signatures, and the amount paid.
If the title was given to you does not contain space for the award of the title, you must provide a completed disclosure statement odometer or other acceptable form issued by the seller that includes the following information:
1. Buyer (s) name (s).
2. Buyer (s) addresses.
3. Date of sale.
4. Model.
6. Sale Price.
7. Odometer - The actual mileage of the vehicle, excluding tenths must be registered unless the vehicle is 10 years or older, or otherwise exempt.
8. Signature of purchaser (s).
9. Signature of All Seller (s) - exactly the same as the name (s) appears on the face of the title.
10. Hand-printed name (s) by the buyer (s).
11. Hand-printed name (s) by the seller (s) - exactly the same as the name (s) appears on the face of the title.
