Model Contract Of Employment

I just paid 40 pounds for what I thought was a modeling contract. This is a 3 year contract for 10 pouinds a month, but I realized that its a scam, after researching the company, after paying.
they have 7 days refund policy. I sent them I want a full refund, but knowing these sites, they do not meet you for a very long time.
So I wonder what I should do to prevent them from taking money from my bank account, and what are the details of the company I need to do this.

If you followed the rules of cancellation and proof of that, you should have no problem. If you did not follow their rules, you're basically out of luck. If they do not respect their market share, go to the bank and talk to someone in the fraud department to see if they can help.

I would like to offer some assurance about our company. We are a legitimate modeling agency, regulated by the government with 20 years of industry experience, we are not a scam.

It is common practice for modeling agencies to charge fees based on models of representation, either upstream or asking you to pay for an expensive portfolio photo shoot, something that is not necessary.

Although our fees (from) 70 pence per week has been called into question here, we think it is a very reasonable price for the service we offer. The money is put to creating your online portfolio that is put forward for clients and using our full-time team of professionals who work hard to find models for our work.

It is unfortunate that not necessarily all of our models will work, it is a guarantee that no modeling agency can do something and not direct models try to hide. It is the customer who chooses the model and not the agency and it is important to remember that there are often many models put forward for one position.
