My son was born in the birth certificate belongs to orissa.His orissa.His passport will be made in Andhra pradesh.I have a few questions -
1) Can his father changed his name in Andhra then apply for a passporta
2) Can we change the name of birth certificate issued by a State in another Statea
3) How can I change the name in the passport for minorsa What is the procedure for the samea
