I live in Texas (a state of community property). Is it possible for my wife and me to conclude an agreement on post-nuptial property division in divorce casesa Or is this community property replacing such agreement, the sharing of all assets and liabilities 50/50a

Not a lawyer, but I think a postnuptial agreement that was agreed to and witnessed many outweigh the community of property. Community property is generally used when no other will or wills to the contrary.
