Sale Of Business Assets

Posted on August 27, 2010.
Sale Of Business AssetsHow do I know if I should declare my car as a sale of business assets on my taxesa

We used this car in part for business and partly for personal purposes. We sold it in 2009 and my tax Cutt says I need to report the sale of business assets. I'm so confused!

Unless the car was owned by the company and the company made the payments he was not a settings you just entered something wrong somewhere.

If you used the car in your business and you have deducted expenses using the car, or if you amortize the car in return for previous tax, or if you put the vehicle as an asset your business when you sell, you better figure out how much you win, you must pay a tax on capital gain.

When you operate a vehicle partly for business, you have two sales - the commercial and the personal. With depreciation, you may have a gain.
