Sales Employment AgreementIs it possible to change the employment contract an individual contract, after the two sides signeda

This is my first job and its been almost two months now. It is a work of marketing and sales, so I do not travel at certain times. However I do get my expenses reimburshed, I get no extra compensation travel. As the contract had not bonus section. I receive commissions, but not so great. I do not know how to approach my employer. It is a nice guy and that this family business, he treats me like part of the family. How can I tell him without offending hima

Easy one;

Your employer will have a review mechanism. Work your **** off, proving that your sentence. Then, when you have an opinion on them what you want.

If you do not review, set a date in your head when you start, work your **** off for 6 months, keep a diary of your own little unique things that you did. Request a meeting with the director and just say you meant your rate of pay or bonuses. Do you sell your own record and see what he thinks. If he says to know him for advice on how to improve your performance. If no help then consider lookign elsewhere

If it does give you some useful things to work, then, keep another journal, 3 months later to discuss with him again. Mention all the points you have set from which you spoke last, make sure you take all the jobs with high quality you did before.

If he says no to seek work elsewhere, ensure that you do not have a go at it anytime. When you drop your opinions make sure that you are looking to go after more money and you know the company cann't really afford to do so, but you need the extra.

It may make an offer or not, but if it doesn't at least it will give you a decent reference.

Only if both parties agree. If your matter "dia"a you are not supposed to pay for a hotel or air travel, which is required of your job, the employer has to foot the bill, but if your talking about a "pocket money" little, forget it.
