Suppose that the customers of automotive repair are billed at $ 35 an hour for labor. In addition, the costs of parts and supplies are subject to a tax of 5% of sales. Write a program to display a simplified bill. The customer's name, the number of hours worked, and the cost of parts and supplies must be enrolled in the program through the text boxes. When a button is clicked, the client's name (back) and three costs should be presented in a list box, as shown in the figure run attached sample.
