Sample Deed

I need to do a quitclaim on my house and try to find a sample of one I can use. So far I've only found people charging money for them, but I know there must be free. I can not find one. Thank you!

You should be able to get one from your local county. Anyway, here's one that I found online. A simple copy / paste:
