What if the seller does not come with the guarantee for 7 months in the contracta

I sold my house as rent to own or owner finaince and I looked over the transfer of a surety bond

You should get into receivership immediately. You're really hanging out there without the deed in escrow.
I can not imagine the trusted third party with respect to the act.
