Do not screw here, contact a shipping company that you have to do anyway. They know all the necessary documents and can help you find a bank escrow export which acts between the seller and buyer. Buyer pays for deposit for the product when the product arrives they accept (or not), then you are paid by the bank. They could advise you on who to contact for additional contracts established, but most import-export business is about delivering products, their acceptance, and get paid. And of course all the laws of importing and exporting countries concerned.

If it's just a land border and there is an agreement in place between the EU and NAFTA in North America (U.S., Canada and Mexico), just a lawyer who specializes in this area and have them draw a contract up to fit the situation.
