Starting A Business ChecklistStarting a business listinga

I would like to start a business in Pennsylvania. I would like to form a limited liability company (LLC) I need to know the checklist form that I must do to make it happen. Do I need to get a large number of firsta im starting a spice business with a co-packer. It gets a little confused. thank you for the advice in advance.

There are a few things to know when starting a business.
1) What is your product or servicea
2) What is the best place to settlea
3) Do you need to register immediately as an LLC or can you start with a sole proprietorshipa
4) How do you spread the worda

It seems that you already have an idea on the first two questions.
For the third question, you can consult a lawyer who specializes in the formation of small businesses. Tell the person your situation and ask him point blank if you can start with a sole proprietorship or do you have to form a business entity such as an LLC or S-Corporationa A good legal site I have met is www.legalzoom.com Also, when setting up a busines entity, you do not always need to establish in your country of origin. Check with your lawyer or see if www.legalzoom.com has the answer to this question.

The answer to question 4 is that there are obviously several ways to spread the word about your business. Your only limit is your imagination. Discover what others that are in your chosen field are advertising and imitate the most successful. You can advertise in newspapers, publicaitons commerce, small business magazines, pamphlets, and of course the internet. If you do not have much experience in marketing products / services online, you can greatly benefit from a website I recently came across. You can find http://wfcoach75.maverick66.hop.clickbank.net It will teach you how to market products / services online from a variety of ways. I found it extremely useful and valuable in building my business.
I hope this helps.
