Starting a business listinga I would like to start a business in Pennsylvania. I would like to form a limited liability company (LLC) I need to know the checklist form that I must do to make it happen. Do I need to get a large number of firsta im starting a spice business with a co-packer. It gets a little confused. thank you for the advice in advance.

It seems that you already have an idea on the first two questions.

The answer to question 4 is that there are obviously several ways to spread the word about your business. Your only limit is your imagination. Discover what others that are in your chosen field are advertising and imitate the most successful. You can advertise in newspapers, publicaitons commerce, small business magazines, pamphlets, and of course the internet. If you do not have much experience in marketing products / services online, you can greatly benefit from a website I recently came across.
