Starting a catering business in Mobile County, Monroe, NYa I researched briefly the process of obtaining and starting a business in Mobile Catering Monroe County, NY. I found information that was useful. Not 100%. I was going to engage in a non-profit program to help the commissioning business "called our local SCORE however did not have good grades.
Thus, any information outside of me saying to go to the webpage of the county, and website of the Ministry of Health, would be a great help!
Any help or assistance to any person who owns, operates or manages such businesses would be great!
Sorry to hear that your local office of SCORE has not had good grades. I would still strongly recommend you speak to a business advisor before you do anything especially spend money. You must determine if you start a business or Web-based storefront with a brick and mortar. I'd call the local office of your Small Business Development Center (SBDC, visit the link below and click the map for the nearest office), the advice is free.
The advisor to the CBD will most likely advise you to write a business plan that is very good advice because it forces you to dig all the information and start up costs of a small business and force you to also understand all aspects of the enterprise, including customers, focus on (your market) and how you go after them.
You will need to register the business with the office of your state comptroller and make sure you are city and county licenses if any are needed where you live. All this comes in a business plan.
Try a link to international YCHANGE and read some articles in particular those relating to a business plan and start a business.
