Does anyone know where I can get a free Texas Durable Power of Attorney forma I have a program, but I do not think it's pretty accurate.

Just because you have the "form" does not mean the "form" will suffice! You can get one from your yard "book form" - but these are only models to use when writing a document and will not work for all situations. I prefer forms Am.Jur.2d Paper - available in most law libraries. But do not count on the form. Go get a lawyer to draft one for you.
